Aspen Meadows Resort Wedding

The Venue

When I walked onto this venue, it felt like a little escape. People were out walking their dogs, Aspen trees and mountains surrounded them and the rooms were simple but luxurious. It had everything you needed but still connected to nature. The ceremony spot was a small, beautiful green field with mountain views.

The reception hall was large and high-end. It was a simple, short walk from the ceremony spot.

This is a wonderful option for couples wanting to accommodate their guests with a beautiful one-stop-shop.

The couple

Jess and Ian had a beautiful traditional jewish wedding. My favorite part, as with all jewish weddings, was at the beginning when Jess circled Ian and then Ian circled Jess. I loved when they took hands and circled each other. Even though I have seen countless weddings, this made me tear up behind my camera.

Jess and Ian are lovely, fun souls. Their vows were a fun mix of serious commitment and humor. Their family and friends were an incredible support. You could tell this couple will have a solid foundation under them as they go through their marriage.

During the reception, the couple began their couple’s first dance. Then they broke out into an awesome choreographed wedding party dance! It was an incredible performance. Watch their film to see!

This whole day was coordinated by one of my favorite wedding planners, Lilli Black with Sweetly Paired. Whenever I have an opportunity to work with Lilli, I am thrilled. Lilli runs a tight ship, keeping everything on time and she’s truly a joy and has a servant’s heart. She cares about your wedding day running smoothly.
